1 Ditch The Cardio

If you’re looking to tone your arms, then running on a treadmill certainly isn’t going to help!
Instead, spend that time doing some resistance work, which may involve weights or body weight exercises in a simple circuit.

2 Tense Frequently
We might have the preconceived idea that the only people who tense frequently is vain men in front of the mirror.
But they are in fact on to something you may be missing!
You see, to tone a muscle you have to make it contract (squeeze) frequently, not just once a week.
So make sure you are hitting this part of your body regularly for optimal results. 2-3 times a week is ideal if you want great result.
3 Eat Your Greens
We all know we should eat our greens.
But I bet you didn’t know they could help you tone your arms!
Women that store fat around their arms tend to have high oestrogen levels and that’s why they struggle to tone up this area.
Eating lots of greens (broccoli, kale & spinach are best) can help your body flush out excess oestrogen and rebalance the hormone, making it easier to lose fat from the backs of your arms.
