What Can I Help You With Most?

How do I tone my arms?

How do I get motivated to exercise?

What’s the best way to lose weight?

Can I exercise at home and still get results?

Why am I not getting results?

These are all great questions, and ones I aim to answer through the content I share with you.

But I have a question for you in return…

As I create more content, help more Brides, and keep adding to the Big Day Body Plan, I want to make sure I am giving you exactly the right type of information you want to receive and will enjoy discovering more about.

Over To You…

Today I simply want you to leave a comment and let me know what I can help you with most.

Here’s a few things to think about…

? What are you worried about most in the lead up to your Wedding?

? If you could wave a magic wand, what results would you like to see?

? What do you struggle with most?

? What HASN’T worked for you in the past?

?  What do you think WOULD work for you?

? What are you REALLY looking to achieve?…

Is it a certain look for the day, or is it more along the lines of confidence and feeling comfortable in front of the camera?

My Promise To You…

I promise that I will read and personally respond to EVERY comment that is left on this post.

I am dedicated to helping you look and feel amazing on your Wedding Day and to take that to the next level I need to know how you help you most.

So leave a comment below and let me know what I can help you with most…

  1. I need a nutrition plan that is realistic, and that I can stick with. After all, abs are made in the kitchen… My fiance’s daily routine of grilled chicken, brown rice, and broccoli is ok for one or two days a week, but it’s too boring for every day. I need a more dynamic nutrition plan. Thx!
