  1. I need a nutrition plan that is realistic, and that I can stick with. After all, abs are made in the kitchen… My fiance’s daily routine of grilled chicken, brown rice, and broccoli is ok for one or two days a week, but it’s too boring for every day. I need a more dynamic nutrition plan. Thx!
